Existing conditions
Building 235 intervention -- Roof removal and facade preservation. Introduce a private green space, separated from the street but available to community members utilizing the food market, incubator kitchen, and WIC center.

Building 233 intervention 2nd floor -- 15-degree grid shift on all four sides of the second floor. Working within the existing structural system, and column grid, and keeping the existing walls intact. Introduce WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Center.
